Temperature control was effective, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. I noticed some cleanliness issues, particularly stains on towels and bedding. Attention to detail seemed lacking, especially behind the bed. The fast check-in process was a plus, and the complementary coffee and ice water in the lobby were nice touches. A bit more communication from the staff regarding internet issues would have improved my experience.

I appreciated the manager’s help, granting me an extra hour for checkout, yet the overall maintenance was lacking. The shuttle service was subpar, more like a scrap vehicle than a transport. Housekeeping was insistent at 9 AM, despite a late check-out. Improvements are essential—this isn't a place I will revisit.

Seedy environment, with drug dealers and questionable characters outside. Rude front desk staff overshadowed a few positive interactions. Room had a clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed, but the stained chair and peeling walls were concerning. Shuttle service was disorganized, resulting in an hour wait. Housekeeping left much to be desired, with dirty linens and a damp smell lingering in the halls. The lack of basic amenities like a microwave and the chaotic restaurant experience further detracted from the stay. If comfort and cleanliness matter, this place might not be the best choice.

The rooms were clean and spacious, which was a definite plus. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. One thing I really appreciated was the availability of the free airport shuttle. Although the van was a bit older and slightly dirty, it was always on time, which was great, especially for those early morning pickups. On the downside, the location of my room was less than ideal - there was a laundry room above, and I was woken up every morning by loud noises. I found it unsettling that housekeeping didn't wait for me to answer the door before entering the room. there were no ironing facilities, and the heating and air conditioning were not up to par. my experience at the Radisson was a bit mixed. It had its perks like the spacious rooms and the punctual airport shuttle, but there were definitely areas that could be improved upon. Just wanted to share my honest thoughts to give you a better idea of what to expect.

The shower was really good, and the bed was decent. Hot water was a win! The elevator made some weird noises, though, and the area felt a bit sketchy with loitering folks around. The front desk staff could definitely be more attentive. just not the best vibe for a hotel experience.

Checked out the Uptown minor league baseball field, and downtown Charlotte was lit – so much to do and see. Perfect for young party vibes.
Wish there was a cooler rooftop bar scene nearby for some epic nighttime hangs.

I was totally shocked when I got put in the wrong room and woke up to two loud, drunk strangers. It felt like I was held hostage until the cops showed up! No one from the hotel bothered to help.

The hotel is conveniently nestled within walking distance of a variety of local gems, like the Comedy Arts Theater just under a kilometer away, and several restaurants such as Turnhouse Grille, Caribbean Hut, and Chubz Famous Chiliburgers, all just a few minutes stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant food scene in the area; plus, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly despite some minor service hiccups, but the check-in process could definitely use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

The bathroom lighting was bright, and Anthony, the manager, was as helpful as he could be. The hotel's proximity to key locations was convenient for my city break.
The shuttle service was a disaster , long waiting times and a worn, out vehicle. Multiple room changes due to filth and bloodstains on the sheets.

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The evening receptionist was friendly and promptly moved me to another room when the television didn't work. I was pleased to find a nearby Mexican restaurant and enjoyed the convenience of the morning shuttle bus.

the radisson was very modern and clean - closer to downtown. the staff were amazing, and the bed was really comfortable. a highlight was the great water pressure in the shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Charlotte Airport during my backpacking trip and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely professional, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long journey. The hotel's location near the airport, highway, and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore the area.
The non-functional refrigerator in my room. Despite adjusting the settings, it remained warm and failed to keep my drinks and snacks chilled.
